At a leading Canadian pension institution, Richard advised investment committees, senior executives and the Board on portfolio strategy, asset–liability management, liquidity and leverage, manager selection, investment policy and major decisions across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and hedge funds.
Earlier in his career, he worked in structured finance and credit markets. That combination — whole-portfolio judgment and security-level discipline — continues to shape the firm's work.
